The Ekiti State Command of the Nigeria Police Force has arrested one Adewumi Ademiloye for allegedly raping and enslaving a teenage girl in his house.
Reports gathered that the victim had gone missing three years ago after leaving their home for an extra-mural lesson in preparation for WAEC.
Naija News understands that the victim whose name is withheld for security purposes was reported missing by her parents in March 2019.
For three years, her whereabouts were not known to anybody until the police in Ekiti State received credible information recently.
The victim’s mother first got the credible information of her daughter’s whereabouts and immediately informed the police command.
Acting on the information, police operatives trailed the girl to the residence of one Mrs Felicia Ademiloye, the mother of the accused rapist.

ASP Abutu further said, “The victim said after consuming the drugs given to her by Adewumi, she could not remember to go back home. She said she is now a drug addict due to the number of drugs consumed within the three years of her enslavement.
“Adewumi had series of s3xual intercourse with her and has given her to different men on many occasions each time he did not have money, who had s3x with her and paid him between N10,000 and N20,000.”
Naija News learnt from the police report that the victim was about eight months pregnant when she was rescued.
The police further said during interrogation Adewumi confessed to the crimes and that he and his mother would be charged to court for conspiracy to wit abduction, rape and child exploitation.
