The entire Community of Peace Corps of Nigeria (PCN) nationwide, with the Nigerian Youth Constituency, was thrown into deep mourning last Sunday, March 13, 2022,at the break of the news of the sudden death of Mrs Taiyelolu Olanike Ahmmed, mother to popular Patriot Omolola Ahmed, the Deputy National Commandant incharge of Finance and Accounts of the Peace Corps.
Patriot Omolola Ahmed, who lost her Mother, is one of the most hardworking and high ranking Officers of the Corp, highly admired and respected both within and outside the Circle of the Organization, especially among Members of the National Youth Council of Nigeria.
She is said to be soul bonded with her late mother, who was a very virtuous lady and devout Christian. Late Mrs Taiyelolu Olanike Ahmmed lived an exempulary live full of legacies and positive testimonies as exemplified in her daughter Omolola.
Her body was laid to eternal rest in Jos Plateau State on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 amidst pains in the hearts of Top Ranking Officers of PCN, Family Members and Well-Wishers, including the National Commandant and Founder of the Peace Corps of Nigeria, Prof. Dickson A.O. Akoh.
