Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has described 2021 as one of the worst years of his lifetime.
The singer made this known during a recent podcast session titled Tea With Tay which is hosted by Taymesan.
According to the father of four, 2021 is one of his worst years due to the losses encountered during the year.
In his words; ”He lost most of his close friends and team members in the year 2021 so he does not see 2021 as one of his best years.”
Naija News recalls that Davido lost some of his friends such as TeejayDMW, Obama DMW, and Fortune died in late 2020/2021.

Meanwhile, a die-hard fan has attacked multiple award-winning star and OBO crooner, Davido during a live performance in an elite nightclub in Abuja.
In the now-viral video, an excited fan was seen jumping on stage and trying to grab the singer during his live performance.
Davido who seemed fit, struggled with the fan then quickly pushed him away with the help of his bodyguards before he continued with his performance. Watch video here.
