Youths under the aegis of the Ijaw Youth Council on Tuesday night held a candlelight procession for the 12-year-old student of Dowen College, Sylvester Oromoni, who was allegedly tortured to death by his schoolmates.
The youths gathered at about 7 pm to demand justice for Sylvester and also light their candles.
Meanwhile, the Lagos State Police Command has arrested and detained two more students for allegedly being involved in the torture of a 12-year-old student of Dowen College, Sylvester Oromoni.
The development brings the total number of students in custody of the Lagos State police command to five.
Naija News gathered that three house masters who were on duty on the day the incident happened have also been arrested and detained.
According to the state police command, they have obtained a court order to detain the students for 21 days at the Juvenile centre.
