The Edo State Deputy Governor, Comrade Philip Shaibu, has hailed Dr Kweku Tandoh over his recent appointment.
Naija News reports that Dr. Kweku Tandoh was recently appointed Chairman, Youth Committee, African Table Tennis Federation, ATTF.
Reacting in a statement on Saturday, the Deputy governor expressed delight, while congratulating him.
He said: “I must say that Dr.Kweku Adedayo Tandoh is one of Nigeria’s best sports administrators who has achieved this height by dint of hard work, consistency and dedication. He is good at what he does and I have no doubt about his capacity to deliver on this new assignment.
“My brother, I urge you to see this appointment as an opportunity for you to enhance the reputation of Nigeria in the international scene, especially in the area of tennis by providing coordinated leadership for the African youths.
“By this appointment, it shows that your competence and passion for sporting activities have been noticed across the globe. I am proud of you.
