Osun: Gunshots As Supporters Of Gov Oyetola And Aregbesola Clash At APC Secretariat

There were gunshots recorded on Saturday at the Osun secretariat of the All Progressives Congress(APC) following a clash between supporters of some party stalwarts.

Particularly, Naija News gathered there was a clash between supporters of Governor Adegboyega Oyetola and Minister for Interior, Rauf Aregbesola.

The clash occurred around 4.15pm during the sitting of the APC Ward Congress Appeal Committee in Osogbo, the State capital.

However, after the fight broke out between the supporters at the venue of the exercise, security operatives on ground had to step in and rescue members of the committee.

But one member identified as Muyideen Ajetunmonbi sustained head injuries while some of the committee members are reportedly still held up in the office.
