Former Presidential aide, Dr. Doyin Okupe, says there is no difference between the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Speaking on Friday when he featured on ARISE News, the politician said the two political parties are one and same, noting most APC members were once members of the PDP.
Okupe added that people who control power in the APC today were all members of the PDP, claiming that most Nigerian politicians are just selfish.
He also said the whole uproar of national officers resigning in the PDP, as well as the crisis rocking the APC, are just moves towards the 2023 elections.
Meanwhile, the Convener of Concerned Nigerians movement, Deji Adeyanju, has reacted to President Muhammadu Buhari’s visit to the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu in London.
The activist in his reaction to Buhari’s visit on Thursday said tired old men are looking for ways to destroy Nigeria.
Adeyanju in a post on Twitter said the former Governor of Lagos State and Buhari met on Thursday to allegedly secure medical insurance for the rest of their lives.
The activist who shared a picture of the APC leaders on Twitter wrote, “Tired old men looking for how to further destroy Nigeria and secure medical insurance for the rest of their lives.”
Naija News had earlier reported that the President on Thursday visited Tinubu in the UK.
The development was disclosed by the president’s aide, Bashir Ahmad, on his Facebook page.
