Mustapha Osama, a 300-level student of Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), was tragically killed during a foiled robbery attempt on Friday night.
The incident occurred around 8 PM along the Gudi-Akwanga road, as confirmed by multiple sources. Osama was reportedly driving when he was struck by a bullet fired by the gunmen.
Following Islamic rites, Osama was buried in Doma on Saturday morning.
According to a family source, the deceased was behind the wheel when the fatal shot was fired. The robbery attempt was thwarted by operatives of the Nigeria Police, who promptly responded to a distress call, stated DSP Ramhan Nansel, the Police Public Relations Officer for the state.
